This book was written by someone who has MS and was helped following a specific diet. I was wondering if any of you have read the book, and are following this diet. If so, have you seen results?

I haven't heard about this diet. What is it? Like Milly I try to eat as close to natural as possible. I found that cutting out processed foods helped me alot. There is so much sodium, preservatives and chemicals in processed food. My son has IBS and his GI is much better without processed crap. It takes a bit more prep work but is so worth is in terms of taste and health benefits.

I tried a lot of diets, I do not remember the paleo specifically. I think it has more to do with what your body likes and can process easier what diet will work best for you. For me it has been more useful to be attentive to my body's reactions to certain foods han following a specific diet.

Wondering of you tried it? I’m reading the book now, along with The Whole 30. Going to start either or a combo of both this week!

I try to eat as much natural as possible as I have IBS and also "leaky gut" and the more natural I eat the better. I eat smaller meals more often instead of a regular meal like most.
