Anyone have any ways to combat or deal with dizzy spells? It feels really random most of the time and sometimes I feel like I'm just going to drop.

I was told by my Rhuemy that at those times to rest as much as possible and not to drive. It's very hard to deal with but mine usually come with a flare. I know the signs already so I just stay home and rest. I do everything very slowly and concentrate on what I am doing. One thing at a time. If I move my head to fast it gets worse. Hope this helps out some what. God bless you

Wow! My head feels like its swimming. Feel dizzy but right, the room doesn't spin. It has been coming and going for a few weeks but yesterday and today it is accompanied by total fatigue.

@A MyLupusTeam Member, I do. I am going through that right now. It's not vertigo because the room isn't spinning. The dizziness is worse when I lay down, change position while laying down, or when I get up. It almost feels like I have fluid on my brain. Is this what yours is like?
