Anyone have any ways to combat or deal with dizzy spells? It feels really random most of the time and sometimes I feel like I'm just going to drop.
Get a referral to an ENT you may have Vertigo it can be helped with treatment.
I was told by my Rhuemy that at those times to rest as much as possible and not to drive. It's very hard to deal with but mine usually come with a flare. I know the signs already so I just stay home and rest. I do everything very slowly and concentrate on what I am doing. One thing at a time. If I move my head to fast it gets worse. Wow! My head feels like its swimming. Feel dizzy but right, the room doesn't spin. It has been coming and going for a few weeks but yesterday and today it is accompanied by total fatigue.
@A MyLupusTeam Member, I do. I am going through that right now. It's not vertigo because the room isn't spinning. The dizziness is worse when I lay down, change position while laying down, or when I get up. It almost feels like I have fluid on my brain.Is this what yours is like?
