Yes I do and my hand and knee and foot..I just put in hot water for a little and feel better...and home therapy hot water and massage or hot package for RA.

Hi JoanneKontic yeah I have swollen hands and feet due to my SLE Lupus which can be so swollen and painful especially in the winter when it is damp that is why I hate the winter months and I also suffer with Fibromyalgia which with both illnesses does not make it easy when I am always tired and in pain never seems to go away and if it does not for long but that is what the conditions of these illnesses are like.

all the time i take a perscribed anti inflaimatry two times a day it helps with the swelling i got tiered of taking advil like candy i was having to take 8 a day to keep in under control so this really helps

I have Lupus only in my hands. But I know have 3 other types of arthritis threw out my body. In the evening your hands will swell up. I have been told since I was diagnosed to take my rings off at night. If you leave them on and you have a Lupus flare up overnight. The doctors would have to cut them off. Some days I am able to get my promise ring on and some days I can't.
