Does anyone feel hot and cold at the same time without a fever?
Yes, it happens to me all the time. Now that I know it has to do with lupus and prednisone, I feel I can deal with it better.
Yes, I'm glad you asked that question. I always think I'm going crazy. Sometimes, I'm so hot, my clothes and hair-do is gone. Then I have cold days when nothing I do, will warm me up. Then the other days I'm like you and no one can answer my question.
I do too! I feel like I'm roasting, but my temperature is maybe 0.1/0.2 up or completely the same. Also, sometimes I feel so cold I can't get warm. I also have Raynaud's. Hope you're ok.
Oh yeah. I had the doc check to see if I was still in menopause. I was not, but told I could have symptoms up to 10 years or more afterwards. JOY! I will feel like I have a fever when I don't. Then I will have one when I don't feel like I do. I am a heat intolerant person, who sweats profusely. Now, I can have cold feet and hands and the rest of my body hot. I also get sudden flushes of heat from my head to my toes. It is all so aggravating.
I have it on a daily basis many times a day. It is awful. Everyone else in the house can be comfortable and I am not. I break out in a sweat, but at the same time can have goosebumps...
