I also drink tea, a mix with peppermint, lemon balm, chamomile, hops, valerian and rose leaves. It helps me to take warm baths with lavender oil. I feel less stressed when I work out often. Most of the time I watch tv series and play games, so my mind doesn't wonder around.

Try yoga n meditation. Just taking a different approach to stressful situations. Try just remaining calm, because it is so easy for us with lupus to get a flare up and end up in the ER.I hate when that happens. I've never been in the hospital as much as I do now. So I took up practicing yoga n meditation. It really helps out. Also, I eliminated all negative things out of my life. Friends, family, etc.
