I second Mayo Clinic in Rochester. They do a great job and are beyond thorough. Wish I didn't live 9 hours away!

I love my doc at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I travel from WY to see him every 3-4months. My primary doc at home talks with the doc at Mayo whenever needed.

I live in Birmingham, Al and traveled to Johns Hopkins in Baltimore to see dr petri. She is the lupus doctor!!

I would think in Manhattan like Columbia Pres or Good Samaritan. But up in Albany there is a big Rheumy Group. So maybe there.
