I realize that this was posted 5 years ago, so I'm not sure if you'll get my response. I have been diagnosed with Dupuytren's disease. It isn't quite a contracture yet, but getting there. I can feel the bands in my palms, my fingers and joints are often stiff. This was actually one of my first diagnoses that led me down to look for possible autoimmune involvement because I was diagnosed as a woman in my early 30s with no family history.

I’m developing it now. My ring and pinky fingers on both hands are curled in and I have nodules on my knuckle pads of almost all fingers. Waiting to see my doctor for a firm diagnosis. I had X-rays done about 6 months ago due to some nodules and his opinion was that it was arthritis. I now know that dupuytrens is often misdiagnosed as arthritis.

I've just been told to do some exercises but that involves touching the tendons and they're quite tender and raised, thank you for your concern!✨

Hello, I do have Duprytren Contracture and was diagnosed with Lupus. I have several other diseases as well.

You need to find a lady called Heron she has what you have. Go speak with her. I am sorry for your problem and do your exercises.
