Think that means your count is up, so in medical terms you either are having a glare from an infection somewhere. I can't be 100 percent, but that's how they know.
My count goes up when feeling bad too. Sorry I can't offer much more than this

My wbc sky rockets with a flare. And 90 percent of the time its do to some sort of infection or virus. Mine is mostly kidney infection and i have yhe beginning stages of kidney failure. Wish i could be more help
