I have been followed by an Onconoligist Hemotologist literally since the beginning in 94/95 when my Dermatologist did blood work due to extreme rash My white count came back 900
Of course he panicked the next day was July 4 I spent all day in ER with Dr's running all kinds of test poking priding I was scared to death my son was 22 months old at that time
Bone Marrow Biopsy showed (I've had many) my bone marrow is making white blood cells but they are being destroyed before they reach maturity There's really nothing they can do if you end up in ER or hafta see a different doctor that doesn't know your case and my count is 4/5 oh you fine...in normal range...
When in fact that's very elevated for me and a sign of infection or something?? I know we all get so frustrated
I know we will come out of this valley and stands on the mountain top and be Victorious in Jesus Name πŸ™Amen

It used to be that just my white cell count was low (lowest was 1 when I was VERY ill). I've been told the exact threshold for determining low white cell count depends on the lab your blood is sent too.Now my RED and WHITE cells are low. However my sed rate did get back down to normal so I was taken off the cel cept 3 years ago.Cel Cept caused the destruction of my white cell count causing weakness and nausea giving low white cell counts.
