Right now I am currently off- what I do with all my supplements is take breaks and alternate with different synergistic combinations. I will tell you that when I am taking it my Reynaud's disappears. I find myself even perspiring more which is a good thing. It also seem to gave me more energy and less ache.I do find that and a few other very potent supplements work for several weeks for me, then I start feeling they are "too" strong", but that is me. Lupus is tricky IMO. My experience is that anything I do for over certain amount of time becomes like a toxin. No surprise since immune system malfunction is our dilemma. That being said, I DO believe it works and is absolutely worth trying. I am using a vegan OMEGA Swirl. I also take vegan DHA for omegas.

Evening primrose, hemp oil, flax oil and borage oil can be very helpful for pain and inflammation. I have another blend, Essential woman's Vegan Swirl (chocolate flavored).

Be careful of products not approved by the FDA, you can't ever tell what the 'other' ingredients are.

This is an older post but I want to update. I recently started taking a teaspoon of black seed oil in the morning with apple cider vinegar and clean water. Honestly I do feel it has been enhancing my wellbeing and energy. Black seed oil is an oil similar to oil of oregano, olive leaf- they are extracts used for many medicinal purposes and healing. They are very powerful and with Lupus its important to not trigger a higher immune response of course. Every person can react differently. I work in the supplement and wellness field and have been in the exercise and fitness industry since 2003. I have seen many testimonials and experiences including my own. Black seed is interesting and the purposes range for diabetics, blood pressure and allergy, asthma.

I'm going to try this. I lady came into our clinic with Lupus that swears by it. She gets Dr Axe formula.
How are you feeling since you've taken it or are you?

Sounds more like "snake oil".
