I tend to get more nose lesions than mouth lesions, they're usually the first solid symptom of a flare that I can notice (other than fatigue, but I often write that off to normal fatigue).

Do others happen to have similar experiences?

I get nose and mouth ulcer too. My left nostril is usually the worst. I can always tell if I am in a flare if my nose inside looks red and inflamed. One of my nose ulcer completely eroded my nasal septum and I had to have it repaired. I had a lot of nose bleeds too. It can also be very dry so you need to keep your nasal mucosal membrane lubricated. moisturize it use either saline drops and I always keep the inside of my nose coated with Vaseline.

I have suffered with frequent sinus infections for years. Inside of my nose looks so bad, an ignorant urgent care doc accused me of doing meth. I have had to have the EnT doc cauterize spots inside my nose. It is always a bloody mess in there. Having to use a CPAP machine makes it worse. I am still searching for something that helps...
