My forearm is swollen and hand has been numb all day ..anyone ever get this? I don't know why my forearm has been sweelling this is the worst it's ever done.
Did you take any anti inflammatory aleve, tylenol, advil. I would talk to my doc too.

I usually have the numb hands I sometimes massage them and if that doesn't work I take my pain medicine and lay down
