I am prone to tendonitis and have CTS in both wrists so yea have had. Have found by moving comp mouse back and forth from R to L hand as needed no one hand get over stressed. Mostly I have had to switch to L as tendonitis was worse in my dominant hand. :) Let your dr know and ask about wrapping. I can't take anti-inflammatory meds but have salve I use when needed. Give your hands/arms a break and see if better.Hope you are better soon.
