Does anybody juice with a juicer? If so what do you add. Im thinking in juicing up every morning.

Flax seed , mixed with Chia has almost cured me I swear by it , two tablespoon of organic flax seed in a smoothie of whatever you like everyday , flax seed works as a detox to your intestines , it's cheap and easy and I'm down to only taking plaqinall, one time in the morning , no more benlysta, to chemo , no other meds, after 1 month say a difference , but six months later I'm down 43 pounds and my lupus number have changed for the better .. it works for me ..

Checkout Pinterest. So many to choose from. I personal like to add chia seeds, aloe Vera pieces, along with several fruits or veggies

All natural fruits and veggies make for one of the best ways to stay healthy. You get all the nutrients from without losing Vitamins in the fruit. It's a SuperFood Meal in a Glass. Best way to start your day. Energy!

Use apples and carrots to make it sweet. When juicing, I have a power juicer and I like to make Smoothies and great tasting drinks. http://www.powerjuicer.com/ This is a really nice Juicer and not expensive. Recipes come with it.

Do you use flax seed with the chia or by itself. Where do you by it?
