Just saw my recent blood work and my sed rate was 64. That is the highest it has ever been but my rheumy didn't say anything about it. Just mentioned my low vitamin d. Interested to know what other people's sed rates are since it is an inflammation marker and I have been feeling horrible of late.

Mine was at one time in the 80's. But it is now in the normal range. It took almost a year to bring it down. Feel better🐩🐩🐩🐩

Yes sed rate is tied to how you feel. Mine has been 140 before and never goes below 60. Another one to watch is c reactive protein numbers

I definitely see a connection between my sed rate and how I feel. In Sept of 2014, I began hurting all over, like I had been mountain climbing or something! After about a week, I went to my GP and requested a check on my sed rate. It came back 110! In the last 8 years, it has never been below 28,and its usually 30-50.

My highest was 51, last month it was 36. Before I had the respiratory failure, it was 9. My Rhuemy says it's fine but I still feel lousy. Numbers don't lie!!
