The last couple days I've had this swooshing heartbeat sound in my ears and slight pressure in my head. Has anyone experienced this? I couldn't find a lot of info on line.

Temporal arteritis which causes changes in the vessel walls. Sometimes long muscle pain in shoulders, hips, thighs. If lifting laundry or something, your arms and thighs get very fatigued. Headaches. Sometimes just one side. , like left temporal area. Blurred vision, stroke symptoms. It is a highly treatable and cure able. auto immune disease.
You may feel scalp pain , fatigue, stroke symptoms. Get medical care right away. I have to stop typing now. My ambien is kicking in and I can not see the letters anymore.

Oh yes! And thumping/gurggly/popping type noises too.....it's really annoying when it happens. Along with ear fullness. I've been told it could be Sjorgen's syndrome which can accompany lupus.

I use a humidifier which in a weird way drowns it out. My doc thought its "ringing in the ears". Can't remember the technical name. ☺️ yep. I've got it. At times it almost drives me insane. Always have background music or something. Noises bother me also. Usually too loud but then I have a hard time hearing too. Insanity.

Ive gone to the Er for the horrible heart beat feeling in my neck ears. They thought i was crazy and having a panic attack. But it doesn't go away like a panic attack. I think its the Lupus.
