Frederick, OK

This winter I would get hot in the middle of the night and throw all the blankets take off my clothes and it was always hot. Now that spring has had and the temperature is warmer I find myself with pajamas on and blankets I have like 4 blankets on me at night and I can't get warm enough. Does anybody else get that?

We deal with our bodies going from hot to cold and sweating for no reason at all, just b/c the body thinks your doing too much. You maybe anemic, its best to speak with your Dr and have it checked,Hugs&Blessings.

Yes I'm getting the same thing. One minute I'm cold next I'm hot and my legs are sweaty it's so annoying. Then I check temperature and it's very low like 96.0.

All the time, I sleep with a fan on every night.

I agree with Noreta - I sweat, sweat, sweat and if I drink something hot I sweat even more - I am usually wanting fresh air and a fan - but then fans on me directly make me more achy
