I have been having pain/pressure on left side, rib area, under breast. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? I haven't gotten a formal diagnosis yet from rheumatologist, but tested positive ANA twice now. Low platelet count too.

Could be spleen, doubt the muscle. Took steroids for it, no help. Thanks for replying.
I'm dealing with the same thing. The only organ on your left side is your spleen. It could be enlarged. Mine always enlarges when I'm in a flair. Just take it easy. It could also be constipation as well. Hang in there. I know it hurts and is very uncomfortable.
I have had it for a couple months now. Had chest X-ray, given medrol dose pack for costochrondritis, from GP. I knew that wasn't it. X-ray came back fine. This is not chest , it is under left breast, rib area. I'm afraid it's my pancreas. I have told several Drs, none seem worried. I am having a endoscopic ultrasound July 6th, but don't know if I can and should go that long. It's already been too long.
And also consult your doctor who knows any current medications or conditions you may have before taking any medication
