I have stomach problems and I think they are due to taking prednisone. I use medical marijuana and over the counter anti nausea medication for nausea. I use zinc for diarrhea.

I'm the same sometimes I don't eat all day cuz nothing sounds good or my stomach hurts. I have diarrhea sometimes too even tho I down eat anything. And I don't take anything for the pains. I try to limit my pill Intake. I will sometimes use medical cannabis I smoke the vapor pen cuz it has more cbd and is a different type of "high"

Definitely! My dr. said all her lupus patients have tummy trouble.

Yes Nausea. Espically when I first started the Methotrexate. Zofran 8mg oral dissolving tablet works well. With sipping gingerAle. No loose stools though.
If I take too much methadone / norco I get constipated which is horrible. Then I use colace and mineral oil enemas. the regular saline enemas burn.
So ya...that's my GI issues.
