Yes...the sun is our enemy....It zaps all my energy. It takes my breath away, cant breathe good, makes my joints ache and makes the sores on my scalp worse. It also gives me a face rash....

I work for a company that specializes in sports lighting. I was sick in the office often. Once they installed our wonderful technology in our buildings which is LED I am 80% better with my lupus and skin issues. I have also replaced my home with led bulbs

Being in the sun makes me feel like a huge vacuum is sucking all my energy out. I get dizzy, heart palpitations and feel like my skin is on fire.

Yes the sun is our enemy along with fluorescent lights. I alway light up bright red when exposed. My face and my arms and it hurts really bad. Like a bad sunburn. My brother and my dad came by for a visit and the thing my brother said to me 'you look so pale and you don't have any skin color' he didn't mean anything bad by this. But it did shock him, so I told him it see thru color. I always have to find humor in want am going thru or I old go crazy.
I pray you feel better and please let your dr know if this is something new that's happening to you.
