Does anyone else experience this? My body temp goes from skin on fire hot to freezing cold in minutes with no change in the temperature.

I am not sure why our temperature is broken but my Rhuemy told me it's from lupus. Sometimes I have my family freezing and the next minute I have them burning up. ๐Ÿ˜

I often run a low grade fever in the evening if I'm overtired or have an off day.

Yes, I have it all the time. My hubby will be all covered up and I am drenching with sweat telling him to take it all. LOL I know it is probably not hormonal as I went through menopause way early. Wasn't it supposed to get better? Nope, not for a Lupus patient. Tis' one of the many problems we face...controlling body temperature. That is the answer always given.
