Bad taste in mouth and sense of smell

I have avid reflux I been noticing some weird smell along with bad breath along with funny taste in mouth

I get this a lot. The causes for me are reflux, gastroparesis, and thrush in the mouth. There's also something called yellow tongue which is a bacterial coating on your tongue that can do that.
