I know it's not a topic that gets brought up often, but is anyone else experiencing vaginal dryness? I have it to varying degrees on a daily basis and am looking for a remedy if anyone has one? I'm going to research it some myself today but thought this would be a good place to come first.

@A MyLupusTeam Member and @A MyLupusTeam Member Thank you for answering and it's good to know i'm not the only one out there experiencing this. I found this article over the weekend and it seems like this product is worth a try, hopefully it can help relieve some symptoms down there

I'll tell you what, I was diagnosed with SLE in April and I have never had this many health issues in my life. I have the dryness, with burning and itching. Just uncomfortable. and I'm also fearing that's it's Lichen Planus(i think thats the name). I have had UTIs and yeast infections like crazy. Is it TMI to say that there's dry whitish patches *ahem* down there, in the "opening"??? That sounds horrible but my gyno told me it was nothing and IDK what to do!!

I was diagnosed in January 2009. I have dryness everywhere and especially down there. I was diagnosed with Lichen Planus years ago. Blisters and white patches burning and itching down there. I feel your pain. I have. SLE Lupus, Renaudes, fibromyalgia, Barrettes. And my hair is falling out. I take methotrexate injections folic acid and Celebrex. Good luck to you.....
