I've notice along with my swollen tongue my lymph nodes are swollen and tender .. anyone get this?

I do always, feels like my tongue is so fat, it doesn't fit between my teeth. And big lumpy lymph nodes. This was one of my early symptoms that started the whole Lupus investigations. My remedy is to take a ice lolly, usually Lemonade Sparkles - hope you get some comfort soon xxxx
