I get swollen lymph nodes all the time, the size of marbles. I never noticed if they came at the same time as the swollen tongue.

With the lupus my rheumatologist told me that swollen lymph nodes can occur,,,I had a scare with mine though I had 3 big lymph nodes on the right side of my neck, I had a neck dissection removal of masses, thankfully the biopsy came back normal no cancer thank God, but u should get it checked out anyways, cause with lupus we are more prone to getting lymphoma

Mine are in my neck breasts and groin..I think the lymph nodes are actually what's causing my tongue to swell because I have a lump in the right side of my tongue

Never had swollen tongue. But be sure you do not have an infection . Thrush is very common for people with dry mouth .Meagan
