On Imuran now for months. Blood work seems to be ok. I will be asking rheumy if I could go off it. Did well with it no side effects

Hi I'm on methatrexate and seem to tolerate it well... I was allergic to plaquinal and couldn't tolerate cellcept.... I have not tried Imuran...however that is the next step for me if methatrexate doesn't improve my lupus as it takes a while but it seems to be helping me with my skin rashes and my pain is more tolerable... I wish I could take benlysta @A MyLupusTeam Member but due to other major medical untreated issues right now they are afraid to start anything like that...I had a major bad reaction to Sulfasalazine so they stopped it and want to try imuran or MTX again I've been on MTX in the past but never Imuran why I was curious of others results and recommendations MTX makes me very nauseous for the first day or 2 after injection . I have papilledema which already causes migraines with nausea no need to make it worse if I don't have to. Thank you everyone for the input..it really helps
