I would have to say 'Stressful Situations' can set it up - we had some hectic health problems ending in dialysis, etc. but Thank God, got a human kidney transplant - and after the years of coping and then being rewarded - I just fell apart within a week - that was at age 60 and now escalating each year to age 82! Just try elimination if you are reactive and get to know your body and try to pace, and sometimes give in!! ... when all else fails, and you DO REALIZE YOU ARE NOT THE BOSS1 Someone asking about Prednisone - it's the only help at times - but you may find you don't like yourself or not even notice!

I think my traumatic experience giving birth to my only child put me on the edge and taking Clomid to try for baby #2... triggered what was already brewing :(. I started having joint pain in multiple joints a week after taking my last dose of Clomid. Went to my primary care doctor and tested positive for ANA, RNP, and Smith antibodies.
