If you google the autoimmune diet or anti inflammation diet you should get pretty good results. There’s certain foods known to cause inflammation which triggers flares but the way it effects everyone is different. For example, nightshade vegetables are supposed to be bad for lupus but ot doesn’t effect me at all. My trigger foods are red meat and sugar mostly. I don’t eat or drink dairy so I’m not sure about that but i hear it effects others.

I just know Mayo clinic, Cleveland clinic, and John Hopkins, give realistic information, but since we all have different things going on ( Kidney, heart...) there may not be a "realistic" diet, sadly. I have a rare disease called Collagenese Colitis, along with Lupus, so, I can't even really eat a Lupus diet. I am down to eating canned pumpkin and rice~Ha! Funny....NOT funny! I hope your day, today, is okay???
