2 months in and now at 2000mg. The nausea symptoms are all gone, but the tiredness is worse than when I was on methotrexate. Does CellCept have fewer side effects the longer I take it?

I've been on 3000mg Cell Cept for 2 years now. The first 6-8 weeks were the worst with side effects, but it gradually gets better. At first I split my dosage morning, afternoon and evening but now I take it early morning and before bed. I'm pretty much side effect free but I do get very fatigued. But Cell Cept has made a difference for me.

I would look for another cause of your fatigue. I have never heard anyone complain about this as a side effect of Cellcept. I do talk to a lot of lupus patients. Anemia, thyroid, stress, depression, and inflammation can all be causes.

I'm like you, I have terrible time with being tired. That makes me depressed, because I was used to having a lot of energy. I look at what used to be a spotless house, car and yard, and it's all a mess now. I hate it ! But I just don't have the energy to do anything but what I have to.
