Sometimes when I'm speaking I'll say a word that doesn't sound right to me even when it is ?

I especially feel as though I can't get the t's and ed's on the end of words but what is more frustrating is being in mid sentence and sudden I can't even recall what I had said or what the topic was. I deal with large numbers of people each day and it's sooooo FRUSTRATING!

I don't have it speaking but sometimes I'll write a simple word and not know if I spelled it correctly. Words like "them"! Maybe it's just senior moments but give me hard words and I can spell them.

Yes, cognitive problems in word retrieval is real. Sometimes you can't find the words other times the wrong word comes out. I forget my phone number and common things and just draw a blank. Maybe part my age but it gets worse in flairs!
