JenniferD, I'm sorry :-/ Sjogrens is NOT fun and it's not pleasant in addition to everything else. Has your MD offered you meds for nausea, etc? Mine has progressively gotten worse over the last year, but I find more relief with a low fiber, liquid diet. I make a lot of soups and when I do eat solids, my mouth will start to hurt sometimes from how much I chew my food. You may have tried all of these things, so I'm sorry if this is repetitive :-) I hope you find some relief soon!

Yes I also was Dx with gastroparesis. The GI doc said it was from the narcotics but went off them for testing so he was wrong. Sometimes takes days to digest food, not a easy disease to live with my heart goes out to you.

It is when your digestion slows down and undigested food stays in your stomach for a prolonged period of time. It does not move normally out of the stomach as it is supposed to. I was diagnosed with this about 15 years ago. (I was diagnosed with lupus in 1989). I was having vomiting on a daily basis whenever I would try to eat something. It was awful. I was started on Reglan for this condition and have not had any more problems with it

I too got my gallbladder removed in 2014 it was very diseased and some of my liver came out with it. Now I have an unexplained growth on my left lobe of my liver. Systemic lupus and they are testing me for another autoimmune thing Brushets, maybe I spelled it wrong. I've had too many endoscopy colonoscopies to lie about but my stomach hurts all the time. I feel so fat and I look at myself now verses a few years ago and I don't know how it all got so bad, so quickly.
