To my best knowledge no it doesn't, but lupus causes hair loss as you probably already know. Maybe you are having a big flare? Best to speak to your gp :) or rheumatologist :) xx

I gave up on it after 3.5 months due to hair loss. Drs poo poo'd me & said hair loss was due to lupus. Funny how it grew back as soon as I went off plaquenil. Guess what they want me to take again? Plaquenil. Even though they see my new growth, they say that it wasn't the drug. They just don't listen.
