Any good essential oils that may help with my pain?
SoniaScotch, thank you, I also mix my oils, for different problems. I use Thieves a lot to keep germs away, mixed with lemon and peppermint, Lavender with Lemon and Stressaway, to relax or sleep, and many others, too.i never thought I would be so into them, the way I am now. You are so right, never go in the sun with oils on exposed skin.
You can buy them online too. I buy essential oils on Amazon. Young Living has a website also ( I was just checking them out the other day ). I mix my own oils and always make sure you buy something that says 100% therapeutic grade. For nerve pain I mix peppermint and sweet orange ( but you can't go in the sun with this and it will keep you up at night ). At night I use lemon, lavender, and vanilla. Ginger works great, but I hate the smell. If you are going to mix your own you need to research how much oil to put in your mixtures. I mix mine up in lotion so that I'm also moisturizing at the same time. I started by just googling essential oils for inflammation and reading up on it. I picked some oils I thought would smell good and I gave it a shot.
Young Living Oils, which is the only Oils FDA approved. There is one called Cool Azu pain relief, it comes in a cream i a tub, and I put it on the areas that hurt, it helps a lot, they also have a oil for Lupus. Never stop your medicines for Lupus, though, use them along with your meds. I talked to my Doctor and he approved. There are other oils that might help, too, in that line. I only use Young Living because it the only oil that goes straight from seed to oils and does not have additives in it. I do not sell these oils, I just use them and it is the only oils my Doctor will recommend.
I buy mine from someone who sells Young Living essential oils.
Thanks. I'll pray for you. I appreciate the advice. Hope you have a blessed day.
