I have seen on other groups patients are exchanging prescription meds for CBD oils, Marijuana, & holistic approaches. Is this wise/safe

I will not give up my lupus meds, but I do use thc for stress and anxiety, and cbd for sleep. Not at the same time, and not everyday.

I remain on plaquenil because it is supposed to prevent the disease progress from increasing in Lupus. I have had Lupus for 25+ years and my kidneys are not compromised for dialysis. I was diagnosed in 2024 as a diabetic and I take a pill 1 x daily for that.
I have never did recreational drugs.
