We use our essential oils instead of antibiotics and many other meds. It has been wonderful to find a natural alternative to those terrible side effects and RX doesn't seem to be as effective as years ago. Maybe immunity built up. My husband and I are finding the alternative to many scripts after reading all the side effects and possible complications from them. Those of us with lupus certainly do not any further complications.

yes but mine is due to the Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (another autoimmune disease)...u might want to look into gettin your thyroid checked out

Yes, was told my vocal cords look like sausages. Told to stop singing, projecting my voice, wooooo'ING, whispering. It kind of sucks, but it really helped.
