I often have a hard time swallowing my food n feels like I can't get it up or down until my hubby beats on my back for min. I had the barium swallow done n confirmed it was lupus/Sjogrens/mixed connective tissue n suggested I drink something warm w eating.. @A MyLupusTeam Member I am so sorry that you are finding no relief. I bought a mouthwash at Wal-Mart that is for mouth sores and it seems to be helpful. Maybe you can try it. It costs about $6.Let me know if it helps you. 😃 Hugs

I get them all the time, I use Throat Coat Tea for a little relief not much.

At home and the mouthwash
Is Orajel for mouth sores, but if you gargle it in your throat it heals the throat also.
