Hi all you lovely people, I wonder if anyone can tell me if you're also experiencing chest pain and fainting feeling while doing cardio exercise? The chest pain is very deep. It feels like someone is pushing a knife in my chest. Is it normal with lupus or am I just unfit?

@JohanneFourie. You seriously need to have that checked. It may be something simple or it may not be. ONLY your doctor can tell you. What I can tell you is that the combination of symptoms is something to be taken seriously so please go see your doctor and please just go gentle exercising (if you must) until after you have a clearance . Please keep us in the loop and let us know how you get on.

AnnettePotgieter thank you for you reply. It surely is a bad thing to have and to struggle with. I guess we have to keep on believing and pray. Have a great day. May God Bless you xxx

Hallo Johannie,

I have experienced a deep chest pain similar to the severe pain that I experienced when I have pneumonia. Since then I am frequently out of breath. It feels like my oxygen is used up and I can't even talk. So I keep my asma pump in by bag all the time so that I don't get caught without it. I do not exercise half enough and I have just had the second hip replacement so I to go back onto my exercise bike. I hope you can sort yours out. God bless.

I don't have chest pain or faint when I exercise but I do breathe heavy I think because I'm over weight
