I've only been on less than a year, and I feel like it did its course. It helped for a while and now I'm just chronically fatigued, constantly having flares, and have a killer appetite. Making the switch to Imuran possibly at the beginning of September.

I didn't notice any change really with the drug. I power out at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I did once Lupus got me and have ever since. I just sit and rest in my easy chair to get my 2nd wind then make supper.

My Rheumy advised he hopes my immune system has been given a reset and will continue to behave properly. Only way to tell I guess is to try this. I will discuss with him in depth when I see him. All I know I don't want to go back to the way I was 4 years ago.

I taken it for 5 years and still on it, I been trying to talk my rheum into taking me off it because i feel like it's just not helping anymore.
