CBD is a lifesaver. I have several autoimmune diseases including lupus and nothing worked for me except 1/2 dose of Imuran. I had tried marijuana in various forms without much success. But then I found a highly concentrated form of CBD and I have to say it has really helped with fending off attacks. The key, I believe, to successfully using CBD is dosage. Don't be afraid to "go high" on the dosage. CBD can't really hurt you and doesn't even make you high. Slight vertigo and a greater relish in sleeping are the only S/Es I've had. I wish you luck with this treatment -- it has truly changed my life.

So it seems that the most benefit Cbd provides is pain relief. I would love to know how to calm the skin lesions. I was hoping Cbd testimony would reveal a calming of the immune system so that the symptoms would be pushed into remission!! Thank you to all who have answered!!

CBD will help (taken internally) with any inflammation/pain problem. It often helps when anti-inflammatories and diuretics don't work. I've known people helped enormously with things like prostate problems by taking CBD. And don't be afraid to increase your dose if it's not helping -- it didn't work for me until a friend of ours gave me some high-concentration butter. Be careful increasing your dosage and make certain you don't get vertigo. (when you go too high too fast, vertigo and somnolence can happen). Hope this helps.

I have read up on CBD but do not know which brand is the most effective for chronic pain and lupus. Does it help with sever migraines, or bulged discs?

Yes, I am taking Endoca CBD pills and I do feel they work.
