@A MyLupusTeam Member I haven't had any side effects except a bit of nausea. I give it to myself at home. The nausea is only the day after an injection.

Pain in the sides. Burning urination and bowel movements, fever, and soreness in the sides

Methotrexate did not work well for me and I did have a lot of hair loss.

I'm on methotrexate. I've had a remarkable decrease (25% fewer) decrease in my pain meds, but also a 50% hair loss on the right side of my head in one month. In order to counteract this, my doc has just switched me to the at home injectable version. I'll be starting that later today. Its a larger dose so I am worried.
