I experience the same sleeping pattern or lack thereof. It's frustrating because being both fatigued and I'm pain should induce sleep. So i tried Ambien and it made matters worse for me. It felt like I took a psychedelic drug because my body couldn't tolerate it. Even my pain meds didn't help. I think I started to say to myself, "self you nned to let go of those things you can't control so you can relax." It's been workimg so far. There's no panacea for anyone when it comes to our disease but trying it might just as well help.

Try listening to that soothing type of music that can be found if you Google it. They have different types.

Same. I try to go with it. Sleep when I can and do something else when I can’t. Going for daily walks outside helps me.

Lookup pumpkin seeds, honey and cinnamon. The all natural way to sleep.
