My feet are always so cold! Even wearing warm fubby socks and slippers my feet will still be cold. My hands are always cold to. I do live in Northern NY (AKA the Arctic in my book) but we always keep our thermostat at 70-72 degrees. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, do you have any helpful tips for me?!?

Yes I do as well, I have low iron and that doesn't help but I think its Raynauds that causes the extreme cold feeling. Its hard to describe it to someone that your hands and feel are so cold that they hurt. I bought some really nice cotton/wool socks from llbean and some thick fuzzy slippers a size too big from them and have to wear them all day to be comfortable.

I live in southern CA and even here because of the Raynaud’s I often have a terrible time with freezing cold hands and feet. I use insulated winter gloves and get high quality wool/microfiber insulating socks from REI and places like that. The problem with people like us is that warm socks are made to trap body heat and our feet aren’t generating any lol. So i also use those little hand warmer packs (both the reusable and disposable ones)

Mine are also always cold. I have Raynauds and i just use my heat bean bag alot or fuzzy socks or gloves. They do have a medication for Raynauds but im not willing to add to my growing list of meds at this point. On a postive note at church i shook this mans hand good morning and he said Cold hands , Warm heart ❤️

This was one of my reasons for moving to FL. Last time that happened is when I went back to CT on a visit. Layer up and never expose hands and feet outside

I take niephedipine for my raynuads. I just recently moved back to Montana and I have the feet and hand warmers you can get at Wal-Mart. I also try not to go out unless I really have to.
