Layering might help... wear a thin sock underneath your thicker sock. Air gets trapped between the layers and helps to keep you warmer. Have you put felt shoe liners in your boots? my hands turn blue and red though out the year but mainly the cold month of the year.So I wear gloves and warm shoes too .
I'm putting up with Raynauds right now too. Calcium channel blockers helped in the past but they make me feel like I can't sweat. I overheat and get so hot trying to get anything done around the house.
I wear super thick socks all the time and put on fleece-lined slipper boots. My toes are always like ice ❄️
