I’m having a similar issue and I cannot find answers!

At night around the same time every night my face breaks out in a rash. It isn’t a monstrous race of any stretch but I can tell it’s inflamed and reacting to something as little ity tiny bumps and pustules form on my forehead, neck and cheeks. I’m not covered in them but there are enough to notice I’m reacting to something and my skin is angry

The rash then DISAPPEARS as quickly as it popped up! And it usually doesn’t leave any trace behind unless I scratch one of the bumps and infect it. This repeats every night for several nights then stops. Then a few days later it’ll cycle all over again

I went to the dermatologist this week but of course I didn’t have the rash at 12 noon 🙄 I went to the allergist and we found no allergies tho we ran every test possible by skin and blood test

I wish I had answers for you!

soexhausted- mine just about glows in the dark too. It’s really embarrassing and I don’t think all the makeup in the world would cover it. 😔

I guess it makes sense that I get it in the evening when I’m fatigued. It’s just so dependable that I thought perhaps it was caused by something else.
