Gut Health and Lupus a reality. I read an article about research done in Germany which the outcome indicate that the state of your gut has a real connection to Lupus and severe flare ups. I have adjusted my eating by cutting out gluten as far as possible, slow on sugar. I had severe cycles of diarrhea and being sick. Since I started to take InflamX my gut got healthier and I am also using a priobotic Trusten before eating which help to address inflammation in your gut.

So yes, I believe there is a connection and by adjusting your approach to food you can at least control this aspect of Lupus-related problems with a more positive outcome without sting more drugs but instead take a supplement that is like a super food.

Definitely a connection between gut health and skin lupus. Digestive enzymes changed my life in such a wonderful way! No more joint pain, bloating, pain with intercourse, etc. I also cut out gluten and dairy, and try to eat lots of veggies and protein, fruit on an empty stomach, and beneficial fats.

Oh I believe there is a huge connection. Remember our guts are like 70 % of our immune health. So it would make sense for the two to be linked in some way. I know for sure when I eat like crap I feel it. Not just in my guts but throughout my WHOLE body. If I stick to smaller meals and mainly protein and veggies and fruits, I’m ok. Any kinda carb these days upset me.
