Does Severe SLE start as Mild SLE? Can a mild SLE flare grow into a severe SLE flare? I'm a bit confused over the labeling.

They can range from mild to severe. I have expeirences with both situations.
Yes they can be mild then go away then a bad one can hit ,,,better to slow down do You for the beginning of a flare take ur meds, rest get it early hugs hon 🦋🦋
My flares have always been severe from the beginning
