I have developed issues with vomiting then pain, fatigue, and fever. Just not sure if it is a flare or some other stomach issue.

Yes! Ever since I was 14 years old after walking so much or doing so much activity, my stomach would go into a huge flare where it would first feel really nauseous and then if I ignored it, I’d vomit over and over again. Then it would just hurt so bad I couldn’t stand anymore.

Yes I sure can relate to that, for many years! I take a drug for nausea and vomiting when needed! I'll get back with you when I find my bottle with correct spelling!

What lupus meds do you take. How long after your diagnosis did the stomach issues start?
