It would range from (Phone number can only be seen by MyLupusTeam users)
I get real drained, weak and tired

Have you heard of The Plant Paradox? Its a book that just came out last year. It will give you insight on how to heal yourself from the inside. Incredible read that will 360 your mind about the foods, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals we consume and the effects it is showing in the body. Have you seen a naturalpathic doc? Im on day 116 of the program and have had a noticeable change in some of my symptoms.

Keep pushing someone will listen soon. It has been a 6 year battle trying to get a doc to listen and take me seriously. I as well have a huge family history of RA, Lupus, Diabetes, Colitis, etc. I, like you, would also ward off symptoms as normal or because of something I had done to provoke it. Run with your intuition, go back to that doc that suggested you see a rheumatologist and get him to do what he suggested. Don't allow them to dangle you any longer. A few simple test will not determine this illness. Your health is more important then his "suggestions". In my opinion, doctors are getting far more comfortable with saying that "it's normal" because they are seeing it more and more as our bodies mutate because of our consumption habits. It's not normal but it is becoming the "normal". I know I have Lupus(SLE) although I am still considered an Un-identifiable Connective Tissue Disease at the moment but have appointments for Ultrasounds-fingers, toes, wrists, ankles, shoulders, elbows and heart, an MRI booked for my left shoulder, and an allergist appointment to hopefully rule out any sensitivities, or toxicity from black mold. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia which can also have some very similar symptoms. Research and knowledge is your best defence, and it will definitely give you more confidence when talking with the doctor about your "normal" symptoms!!! In the meantime be nice to your body, check out the ketogenic lifestyle and get yourself on some great natural supplements to help your mitochondria be full...it will need support but the docs won't tell you that, they'll just want to give you meds to cover up the symptoms leading you to more health problems. Good luck and take control!!!
