Does anyone else go up and down with their emotions so suddenly? I feel sometimes i can be so happy and calm and the next minute i am angry/frustrated at the smallest of things. Not sure if this is the meds but i can feel the change in myself and it upsets me at times

@A MyLupusTeam Member absolutely I feel bipolar!! My poor family. I'm so emotional labile. It frustrates me. Not on anything but Plaquenil. It's awful at times. Hang in there.

Psychologist do not prescribe meds they do therapy sessions either one on one or in groups they do coping skills

Psychiatrist are the ones that put you on all that crazy meds

If you feel that you need therapy I would suggest a psychologist

Yes, I think corticoids also mess up with your nervous system.

This is a great question. I felt like this yesterday and I didn’t understand it. I was sad and mad at the same time, but I didn’t know why. I feel depressed at times and my life is great. I read the comments and I will start keeping a log.
